Rant: WHAT TIME IS “LATE NIGHT”
I used to live in Astoria, Queens. Loved my apartment, but was literally starving while enjoying the city. Since then I have lived and worked in a lot of places on the planet before retiring in Las Vegas (hint, LV isn’t all it’s hyped to be). I’d return to NYC if I could, warts and all. Anyway, if you want my opinion (and you didn’t ask, but I’ll share it anyway), if I were to borrow money for one big thing it would be to travel around the world WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG!!!! Love your writing and will keep you on my star list for future blogs. Cheers and happy adventures for all of your life. Also, I don’t know what you do for a living, but one good way to see the world on someone else’s dime is to join the Foreign Service.

I really wish I had done more travel when I was younger. Need to make up for it now. It looks like my job is going to allow us to work remote permanently so I plan to take full advantage of that and travel around and just work remote. I am making so many plans for next year when hopefully everything will be open again. Will be nice to be free while still collecting a paycheck!
