Day 18 of this Las Vegas trip report sees me up at 8:00 at California Hotel. I do not go out until 10:30 because I am a slave to restaurant reservations and that was the first open spot Market Street Café had for breakfast after I had showered. Should have called earlier. I just cannot get into the groove of this reservation thing.
In the café, I am seated less than 6 feet away from what would have been a flip flop wearing Fred Flinstone. Except he didn’t have his Flinstone feet in the flip flops so they were just out there in the wide open.
I had Eggs Benedict, which were good.
After eating, I lost $100 on quarter Double Double Bonus video poker. Then I lost $100 on Ultimate X Bonus Streak video poker. Then I went over to Circa where holy shit! Not only did I get 15 Buffalo heads for the second time in my life, it was the second time on this trip!
Back to California where I lose $100 in Ultimate X.
I went back to my room at 12:30. I wanted a nap and set the alarm for 3:00. As soon as I drift off, there is security at my door doing room check. I know these exist and I have no problem with them but for some reason today, I just ended up cursing at him and telling him to go away. I am sorry security guy. I was exhausted from my whopping 2 hours out of my room today.
Karma got me back though because I decided to use my 83743 pounds of change for a soda and it ate my money.
I have to go home tomorrow and don’t want to waste my last full day sitting around Downtown. I love Downtown but it is easier to go completely degenerate. On the Strip, you have breaks when you walk between casinos. So I decide to go and play $100 each at all my favorite machines.
First up is SuperTimes Pay at Luxor. I got a $100 bill up to $180 and cashed out at $100.
From here I took an Uber to Cosmopolitan for my favorite Ultimate X video poker machine. I put a $100 in and ended up cashing out at $100 when I hit Aces.
I stopped at Starbucks and then went to Bellagio. First I lost $100 on Buffalo and then I turned a second $100 bill into $400 on Buffalo. No idea why there is no photo of this.
Keep going….Flamingo Buffalo are next. I don’t have my card with me. I am too lazy to get one. The machine does not recognize me without my card and steals all my money. I got a new card and said fuck it and kept going to Linq rather than back to MY Buffalo at Flamingo.
Wow, I lost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS on my Buffalo at Linq. No no no no nooooooooooo.

Casino Royale is next. I turn a $100 bill into $200 on Buffalo and never cash out until I hit zero. What the fuck is wrong with me.
I lost an extra $100 on Ultimate X too.
I was going to visit Treasure Island but I was exhausted and just wanted to go back to my room. I made every bad decision ever. I thought getting an Uber would be easier at Venetian, why. I walked 97 miles in Venetian trying to find the Uber pick up. It is literally nowhere near any of the 3298743894 places I expected to be. By the time I found it, up on some floor of the parking garage, I was so mad at myself.
I ended up taking it to Circa rather than California because why not. I played Buffalo and turned $100 into $300. I never should have left here to begin with.
I am in bed at 11:45 with my alarm set for 4:00 AM because tomorrow is my last day.
