Good morning Las Vegas! Today is day 4. I am waking up at California Hotel at 7:30 AM.
I am out at 8:50 and make a bee line for Binions, to have breakfast at their coffee shop. Still using the app for dining credit.
I stop and play some Buffalo before eating. I lost a $20, turned a second $20 into $120 and lost a third $20. I have no photos except this one of Circa! Where I am checking into today YAY.
I take an Uber to go buy cigarettes and then return to California to do some quick playing before checking out. I also stopped to pay my hotel bill, a whopping $4.61, in cash.
I played Buffalo Diamond and finally beat this shitty game.
Despite this busy morning, I am back in my room at 10:20 AM. I pack my crap and move on.
Over to Circa! Opening night for the hotel is in 2 days, but they are letting people check in 2 days earlier and I am people!
I walk over and Derek Stevens is outside greeting guests. I hand off my bag to a super friendly Bell Dude and take off to the Strip as I am too early to check in, even with early check in being 48 hours in advance of my actual check in date.
Guys, it was one of those days. Where you travel to do free play and you just lose and are miserable.
I took an Uber to New York, New York, where I discovered my Starbucks card balance is gone. It was spent by someone in California, which is a state I have not been in for quite a few years. I now have to call Starbucks headquarters and they tell me they will restore the balance and gave me $10 free credit. But the balance won’t be restored for a bit while they do some research. Cool though.
I redeem a $25 MyKonami free play and lose the $25 and then $80 more. This is the whole point of the free play. To get idiots like me in the casino to give them more money than they gave me.
Over to MGM Grand where my $25 free play costs me $140.
Let’s try Oyo, where I have $20 free play from American Casino Guide / Las Vegas Advisor. I did have a happy moment crossing the street to Oyo. You used to have to walk a million miles to do so. But at some point a few years ago, the put a crosswalk right outside. I love it. 
Lost some money.
Then lost my free play.
Then lost some more money.
And some more money. Mother fucker.
Tropicana is up next because why not? Also lost $140 because also why not?

I head to the casino, stopping for iced coffee at Jackpots, using comps. The coffee here is insanely expensive, but they are open 24 hours so it evens out.
I lost $100 flipping back and forth between Cleopatra Keno and Double Double Bonus video poker. I take a break for dinner, which is of course, at Binions. Using the app. Because obviously.
I ponder my shitty losing day and honestly, this is a long trip. I’d be fine taking a break and just relaxing in the room. But Circa doesn’t have smoking rooms. So I would have to get dressed to go smoke. This is why I don’t like nonsmoking rooms.
FINE. I will go to the Plaza and try there. Nope, nothing. Back to Circa where I keep losing so FUCK YOU. And good night.
